InfoFlex Modules

Web Reporting

The InfoFlex Web Report Viewer allows users to view InfoFlex reports and documents over the internet, without needing InfoFlex software to be installed on the PC. Users can view generated reports from any Data Views they have been given permission to view. Users can view generated patient documents from Data Views they have been given permission to view, and additional restrictions can be applied to restrict viewing to certain designated patients. The reports and documents are available to review and print via a pdf viewer.

Module Features

Data view selection
Users can select from the list of data views available to them.
Viewing generated reports
All generated reports within a data view are listed and can be grouped by report name and by date. Individual reports can be selected. They are initially displayed in a pdf viewer embedded in the module and can also be displayed in a separate window.
Viewing generated documents
Users can search their allocated set of patients using criteria entered in search fields. On selection of a patient, that patient’s prescribed generated documents are displayed and can be grouped by name and by date. Individual documents can be selected. They are initially displayed in a pdf viewer embedded in the module and can also be displayed in a separate window.
Printing reports and documents
Reports and documents can be printed from the Web Report Viewer.
User management
All users of the Web Report Viewer need to have a user name defined in the InfoFlex User Management module, granting access to specific data views. By default, all reports within a permitted data view are available to a user with Reporting permissions. Documents within a permitted data view are available to those with Data Entry permissions and an additional Web Reporting User Definition which controls access to particular documents and subjects.
Web Reporting Add-In
The Web Reporting Add-In is used to create Web Reporting User Definitions. These control which subjects and documents users have access to when they are using the View Documents part of the Web Report Viewer.
