DBPublisher
The DBPublisher utility enables users to make and test design changes safely without disrupting data entry. Design changes are made in a copy of the Live database. The Live database is updated with the new design only once all changes have been made and tested, resulting in minimal downtime.

- The utility allows changes to be made and tested without affecting system users. When the changes are fully tested, they are published with minimal downtime.

- When the changes are fully tested, a test run of the publication process can be carried out.
